A Bay Area native whom attended Arts and Crafts College in Oakland, CA. Graduating from Long Beach State University, he began a 25 year career as an art instructor in the Oakland School district. He and his wife then went into business for 15 years owning 2 yogurt/ ice cream shops.

Before attending the University, he served as a Marine in the Korean war. Retiring in 1997 to devote more time to his art work, he attends life drawing classes and is now exhibiting his work. Woodcuts, wire sculpture, watercolor and acrylic painting are his main focus. He works out of his residence in Hayward, CA.
