To enroll as a member of the Hayward Arts Council please fill out the following form and mail with $25 annual membership fee.
Family rate is $40, Organization $50, Business $100.
There is also a 'Triok Art' rate if you join the Sun Gallery and A.R.T., Inc too! Call for details.
